Hazel Miller, 73, of Spruce Pine, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 at Russellville Hospital. 

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 15, 2010 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Rachel Blankenship officiating.  Burial was in Belgreen Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Miller; brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, Dianne Glass, Deborah Vandiver, Ronnie Miller and wife, Lisa, Donna Saarinen and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Amanda Peppers and husband, Jeremy, Lori McDonnell and husband, Samuel, Scott Vandiver, Josh Miller and wife, Falon, Gabriel Miller, Matthew Vandiver and wife, Brittney, Drew Vandiver; great-grandchildren, Austin Vandiver, Aubrey Vandiver, Allison Vandiver, Levi Vandiver, Reagan Peppers; two sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to her niece, Carolyn McClellan, Terrace Manor Nursing Home, and the staff at Russellville ICU.
