Anderson Miller, 63, of Vina passed away Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010 at his residence.  He was born June 7, 1947 in Alabama to James Orville and Lealer Ophelia Spencer Miller.  He was a welder and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp serving two tours in Vietnam.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. Barry Lofton officiating. Burial was in Halltown Cemetery in Vina.

He is survived by one son, Jamie Miller and wife, Keitha, of Vina; four grandchildren, Nick Miller, Alex Miller, Mallori Miller and Kilbey Miller; one sister, Venda Roberson, of Red Bay; and niece, Christy Roberson, of Red Bay.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ann Miller; and brother, Arlie Miller.

Pallbearers were Jamie Miller, Nicholas Miller, Dean Anderson, Charles Isom, Ros Barker and John Barker.
