Joe will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Joe loved Carol and their feelings for each other were expressed in a card given to him by Carol that he kept with him always. It read, “We joke around and laugh a lot and talk for hours on end. How did I get so lucky? You’re my lover and my friend. And this little card you’re reading holds the special love we share. It’s the part of me that goes with you always, everywhere.”
