Best wishes as school doors open Monday morning
Monday is the day many local students dread — the start of the school year.
Kindergartners will begin their long journey of the education experience while seniors will enter the final chapter of their high school careers. Everyone else will have another year at school.
The Franklin County Times would like to extend our best wishes and good luck to students, teachers and administrators for a successful year.
Whether it is tests, homework or athletic competition, we hope area students excel at all their endeavors.
We hope area teachers will continue to offer students a quality education and inspire those students to pursue their dreams.
We hope administrators can find a way to keep providing good institutions of learning while fighting the battle against slashed budgets thanks to proration.
The Franklin County Times wishes the best of luck in these pursuits as well as any unforeseen problems that might arise as our area school systems prepare our children for bright futures.
