• Brian Anthony Baker, 28, 954 Keelon Gap Road, Spruce Pine; First-degree possession of marijuana, possession and receiving of a controlled substance, conspiracy to posses and receive a control substance, carrying pistol without a permit, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts reckless endangerment of a minor.

• Joey Lee Beam, 30, 2426 Pineywoods Road, Leighton; Second-degree receiving of stolen property.

• Gerald Lee Benstine, 35, 111 Sockwell Ave. Apt. 4; Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and trafficking methamphetamine.   

• Amanda Dawn Borden, 26, 241 Winston 3433, Haleyville; Possession and receiving a controlled substance, obstruction of justice.

• Jessica Gail Borden, 27, 241 Winston 3433, Haleyville; Possession and receiving a controlled substance, obstruction of justice and driving off without paying for gas.

•  Johnny Moses Bowen, 46, 572 Pike Ave., Phil Campbell; First-degree possession of marijuana, possession and receiving of a controlled substance, conspiracy to posses and receive a control substance, carrying pistol without a permit, use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Vanessa Darlene Brown, 40, 41 Hyde Road, Phil Campbell; Two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and third-degree theft of property.

• Gary Wayne Caldwell, 46, 356 Lynnwood Drive, Russellville; Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession and receiving of a controlled substance, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

• Ronald K Camp, 48, 146 Dogwood Drive, Phil Campbell; Two counts of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.

• Juan Carlos Cifuentes, 45, 111 Village Green, Red Bay; First-degree sexual abuse and first-degree attempted rape.

• Tonya Marie Conner, 40, 600 Northeast Gandy St., Russellville; Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance and trafficking methamphetamine.

• Dartanian Heribert Cruz, 23, 915 Limestone St. Northwest, Russellville; First-degree robbery and third-degree theft of property.

• Troy Eugene Cameron, 38, 1500 North Jackson Ave., Russellville; Third-degree attempted burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.
