Athlete of the Week Brandon Colburn, Senior RB/WR, Red Bay

Colburn rushed for a career-high 138 yards and two touchdowns on just 12 carries in the Tigers' 45-0 spanking of West End-Walnut Grove in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs on Friday. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound speedster scored from 48 yards out on Red Bay's second play from scrimmage to make it 14-0, and he later added a 36-yard touchdown run to cap the scoring late in the third quarter. Colburn even lined up at quarterback on Red Bay's third possession, rushing for 32 yards on three carries to help set up another Tiger touchdown.
