Mike and Cindy Cooper of Waynesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Michael Ann, to Matthew Christopher Harmon, son of Bill Harmon of Kiln and Susie Daughdrill of Picayune.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro.
Miss Cooper is the granddaughter of Bill and Lillie Harrison, Howard and Juanita Griffin, and the late James and Edna Cooper, all of Waynesboro.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Wayne County High School and attended Meridian Community College. She is employed by Edward Jones Investments.
Mr. Harmon is the grandson of Dewayne Palmer and the late Ella Ree Palmer, and Willie Harmon and the late Dorothy Harmon.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Hancock High School and attended Pearl River Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He is employed by Rowan Companies, Inc.
A reception will be held at Waynesboro Country Club following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
