New way to connect: follow us on Instagram

The year 2017 is quickly coming to a close, with Christmas right around the corner and New Year’s Eve not far behind it. As we look forward to the new year and the new challenges, joys and experiences 2018 will surely bring, we at the Franklin County Times have decided to bring a new avenue of interaction to our readers.

Now, not only can you access our articles through our social media sites Facebook and Twitter, but you can also keep up with the latest news on our Instagram account.

Every post on Instagram will include the article headline, accompanying photo and the link that will take you directly to the article on our website. Our Instagram account also features a link to the main page of our website in the biography section.

It is our goal to update this account daily in our continued efforts to keep the community up-to-date on everything happening in Franklin County.

For those who don’t have an Instagram account but would like to keep up with all the Franklin County happenings through this platform, it’s free and easy to join. You can create an Instagram account through the website, www.instagram.com, or you download the app on your device of choice, such as a tablet or smartphone.
