Kathleen Williams, 82, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011.
Mrs. Williams was a member of Tuscumbia Valley Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and sewing.
Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel.
Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Saturday, in the Chapel with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Officiating will be Brother Hosea Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chalmas Williams; brothers, Fred McKinney and J. C. McKinney; sisters, Maxine Garrison and Demple Estes.
She is survived by son, Lloyd Williams and wife, Machelle, of Belgreen, Ala.; daughters, Kathy Hallmark and husband, Rodney, of Tuscumbia, Ala., Karen Rosson, of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; sisters, Opal Garrison and husband, Guy, of Belmont, Miss. and Ruby Garrison and husband, Demp, of Red Bay, Ala.; grandchildren, Barbara Sims and husband, Steve, Adam Hallmark, Angie Williams, Amy Williams, Cassie Hallmark, Belinda Williams, Jennifer Nelson and husband, J.B., Dakota Rosson and Savannah Rosson; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere heartfelt thanks for all their kind deeds during this time. A very special thanks to Brother Hosea Smith, Dr. Kozart and the 2nd floor nurses in ICU, Shoals Hospital. She will be greatly missed.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Estes, Raymond McKinney, Murray Morrow, Terry Parsons,
Dakota Rosson, and Adam Hallmark. Honorary pallbearers will be Guy Garrison, Demp Garrison, Nolan Denton and Tommy Williams.
