Oniece L. Thorn

Oniece L. Thorn, 82, of Vina, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at Generations of Red Bay.
She was born Dec. 26, 1927, in Franklin County to Robert William and Lucinda Jane Hagood Lindley. She had been an employee of Blue Bell and was a member of Burnout Missionary Baptist Church.
Services were on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Burnout Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Marty Guidry officiating. Burial was in Burnout Cemetery.
Survivors are one daughter, Cathy Vickery and husband, Larry, of Hackleburg; one son Donald Thorn and wife, Judy, of Perrysburg, Ohio; four brothers, Rowe Lindley and wife, Bea, Hollis Lindley and wife, Francis, Charles Lindley and wife, Carolyn, and Paulman Lindley and wife, Faye; five grandchildren, Mike Thorn, Matt Thorn and wife, Ashley, Magen Alsup and husband, Brad, Kayla Odom and husband, Patrick, and Jessie Robertson and husband, Tom; eight great-grandchildren, Hannah Grace, Will, Parker, Collins, Haley, Sophie, Evan and Addie and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Thorn, her parents, two brothers, Baxter Lindley and Keiffer Lindley and one sister, Lois Williamson.
