Ervin Dalton “Fat” Morgan, 90, of Phil Campbell, passed away Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 at Russellville Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and member of Pleasant Hill Congregational Methodist Church. He was a retired truck driver from Trapp Trucking.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010 at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church in Phil Campbell with Daryl Whitehead and Charles Dixon officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pinkard Funeral Home assisted the family.
He is survived by his son, Coy Morgan and wife, Faye, of Phil Campbell; grandchildren, Jerome Morgan and wife, Sonya, Dianne Dillard and husband, Leroy, Fanisa Smith and husband, Greg; five great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Era Mae “Toodler” Clark, of Russellville; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife, Lucy Mae Morgan; parents, Boyd and Della Morgan; daughter, Phyllis Ann Morgan; three brothers; two sisters.
