Mattie Faye Sudduth, 70, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010 at Burns Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville with Bro. Keith Prince and Bro. Dennis Steward officiating. Burial was in Love Joy Cemetery in Hamilton. Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Adell Kerby; brother, Aubrey Kerby; and sister, Doris Tucker.
She is survived by her husband, Lynwood Sudduth; daughter, Jennifer Stowe and husband, Danny, of Russellville; grandchildren, Brooke McGee, Blake McGee, of Russellville; sister, Olene Freeman, of Selma, Ala.; brother, Earl Kerby, of Florence; and 10 nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers were Jason Miller, Matthew Miller, Dwight Kerby, Donald Wray, Greg Garner, Buckshot Saint, Blake McGee, and Terry Miller.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Burns Nursing Home for the love and care shown toward Mrs. Sudduth.
