Jason Odell McGuire, 32, of Phil Campbell, Ala. passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 1, 2010 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Alan Compton officiating. Interment was in Tharptown Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jason Darby, Waymon Hatton, Jerry Dickson, Dwight Page, Tony Moody and Scotty Pounders.
He was preceded in death by his step mother, Sherry J. Kirby McGuire; grandparents; Herman and Lorine McGuire.
He is survived by his wife, Dana Craig McGuire; son, Layne McGuire; stepson, Levi Baker; father, Odell McGuire; mother, Ruby Lynch; sister, Lisa Smith; aunts, uncles, and cousins; nephews and nieces, Dalton, Dillion, Jessica, Katie, and Katlyn.
He was a member of Tharptown Baptist Church.
