Dura Lavearn Smith, 73, of Russellville, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at Russellville Hospital.

Mrs. Smith was a native of Franklin County, Ala.  She was a homemaker and a member of Duncan Creek Baptist Church. 

The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at 11 a.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens.  Officiating will be Cayce Harrison.  Visitation will be Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by her children, James Smith, of Haleyville, Ala., Tammy Moure and husband, Joe, of Covington, Ga., and Wendy Lewey and husband, Doug, of Russellville, Ala.; grandchildren, Ashley Michels, Chris Smith, Josh Lewey, Josh Moure, Daniel Moure, Katie Vandiver, Jesse Smith, Matt Smith, Hunter Lewey; great-grandchildren, Talia Michels, Rylin Lewey; nieces, Cherri Bendall and Donna Corbell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bill Holsonback; son, Michael Smith; sister, Dot McClanahan; and brother, Mack Holsonback.
