Much needed tenants needed for spec building

Local officials are working to find a tenant for Russellville's new 55,000 square feet spec building.
Finding someone looking to re-locate during the current tough economic times the nation faces is not easy. It certainly will take some work – and help – from many people locally and across the state.
The building was a needed tool for the county to compete for jobs. Now it will take marketing and selling to find the right folks for that building. One new plant could help many Franklin County families, so it's worth the hard work.
