Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

  • JK Abbott Jr, 52, Russellville. Attempting to commit a controlled substance crime, reckless endangerment, fleeing/attempting to elude police officer, resisting arrest.
  • Lee Allen Abbott, 49, Russellville. Attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.
  • Jimmy Dale Ables, 46, Russellville. Two counts of domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation.
  • Dakota Alan Aldridge, 24, Kennedy. Unlawful possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Timothy Andrew Arnold, 31, Russellville. Aggravated child abuse under the age of six, domestic violence second degree.
  • Ashley Nicole Baker, 31, Phil Campbell. Unlawful possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Erica Christine Baker, 32, Phil Campbell. Forgery third degree, attempted financial exploitation of an elderly person.
  • Demario Lowell Brewer, 25, Russellville. Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, illegal possession of a credit/debit card.
  • Jeremy Ross Brooks, 30, Hodges. Unlawful possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, promoting prison contraband second degree.
  • Karen Lee Brooks, 48, Russellville. Five counts of illegal possession of credit/debit card, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, two counts of forgery fourth degree, theft of property third degree.
  • Tajah Nathaniel Brown, 28, Russellville. Attempt to commit murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied building.
  • Evan Dale Bryant, 31, Russellville. Child abuse, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Max A. Bryant Jr, 53, Russellville. Assault second degree.
  • Joshua Steven Lee Byrd, 32, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Norma Jean Benefield Castle, 46, Russellville. Hindering prosecution first degree.
  • James Chapman, 43, Russellville. Two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Curtis Lee Collins, 26, Cherokee. Two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, criminal mischief first degree.
  • Joshua Thomas Collins, 24, Sheffield. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mark Lee Davis, 27, Hackleburg. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest.
  • William Jackson Davis, 35, Russellville. Criminal mischief first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm, harassment, receiving stolen property second degree, resisting arrest.
  • William Lee Davis, 53, Fulton, MS. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription medication, possession of drug paraphernalia.
