The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers dropped a 41-14 decision to the Tornadoes' of Philadelphia Friday night. The Tigers sruck early in the game, and looked to be in control, however, big plays and turnovers cost them the game.
Southeast quarterback, Ben Reed found a wide open Rodrick Baskin for a 27-yard touchdown pass early in the first quarter to make the score 6-0. Jan Heyer knocked the extra point through to make it 7-0.
After holding the Tornado offense to three plays, Reed found Marcus Collins for an 18-yard touchdown reception. The PAT was good by Heyer to make the score 14-0. This would prove to be the last Tiger score of the night.
Late in the first quarter, the Tornadoes' struck with a 30-yard field goal by Tyler Threadgill to make the score 14-3.
The last score of the half came when the Tornadoes' Threadgill hooked up with Kenshay Hunter for a 41-yard touchdown pass. The two-point try was good, and Southeast trailed 18-14 at the intermission.
In the middle of the third quarter, Hunter hauled it in from one-yard out to make the score 24-14. Threadgill's PAT was wide left, and the score remained 24-14.
With 1:30 left in the third quarter, Threadgill connected with Tyler Rounsaville for a 28-yard touchdown pass. The PAT was good, and Southeast trailed 31-14.

Phildelphia's Desmond Murry shattered those hopes, as he grabbed a Ben Reed pass, and carried it 20-yards the other direction for the next Tornado score. Threadgill knocked the PAT through to make the score 38-14.
The final score of the game came when Threadgill booted a 33-yard field goal to stop the bleeding at 41-14.
