AlbertaNorman
5-foot-11
Sophomore Forward
Newton HS
Along with former ECCC standout Tonya Moncrief, Norman was half of Newton's inside tandem that got to the Class 2A state tournament in 1998.
Known as the Alberta Clipper during her high school playing days, Norman's junior year saw the Lady Tigers reach the 2A championship game where they lost 62-41 to Bruce.
Newton, coached by Arthur McMillan, ended Choctaw Central's two-year stranglehold on the 2A title with a 54-31 pounding in the semifinals.
At Newton, Norman was chosen All-Division 7-2A, Class 2A All-South State, and Most Talented.
She hopes to continue her playing career at a university next fall.
Her longest trip is a journey to Michigan.
Anna Udicova

While this is the longest trip several of the Lady Warriors have ever made, Udicova's big adventure was just getting to ECCC to play.
A native of Slovakia, Udicova has signed a scholarship to play at the University of Southern Mississippi next year. She plans to teach after getting her degree at USM.
She is averaging 12.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game and has blocked 42 shots.
She played in Slovakia for Vladimir Karnay. Her biggest accomplishment prior to winning the regional was playing in the European championship for young women last summer. Six of the participants in that tournament are currently playing for the University of South Carolina.
Bernice Hannah

Freshman Guard
Louisville HS
Hannah was chosen All-Division 2-4A and was named team MVP, Best Offensive Player, and team captain at Louisville under coach Sheila Hickman.
She was chosen for the high school all-star game. Her biggest highlight at Louisville was winning the Division 2-4A championship and playing in the first round of the state playoffs.
At ECCC, Hannah is averaging 3.5 points per game.
Hannah plans to return to ECCC and continue her career next fall.
Her longest trip has been a venture to Minnesota for a family reunion.
Jessica Sanders

Sanders played for coach Steve Moorhead at Edinburg.
She made all-division three years and was named the team's Best Offensive Player three years as well. As a senior, she also received the Eagle Award and was selected team MVP.

She plans to attend Mississippi State next fall and become a civil engineer.
