John W. Mayfield Jr.

John W. Mayfield Jr., 75, of Russellville, passed away on July 6. Visitation took place at Spry Memorial Chapel on July 12 from 10 am to 12 noon. A funeral service followed. The burial was in Fergason Cemetery, Town Creek.
