Franklin County Partnership Banquet celebrates winners

The Franklin County Partnership Awards is jointly presented each year by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Franklin County Development Authority.

Michelle Marbutt handed out the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce awards:

Franklin County’s Best Kept Secret – CJ’s Grocery Bait & Tackle in Belgreen
