Mary Jeanette Hacker

Mary Jeanette Hacker, 59, passed away April 29 at Helen Keller Hospital. She was born in Baldwyn, Miss., to Kenneth Ray and Cora Alene Holder Harris. She was a cosmetologist for 30 years. She was a member and devoted Sunday School teacher at Grace Baptist Church.

Services will be held May 2 at 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Wayne Logan and Bro. Scott Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Dempsey Cemetery

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Danny Hacker of Russellville; two daughters, Chrissy Holland and husband Robert of Red Bay and Marrisa Mims and husband Allen of Russellville; one granddaughter, Kanah Holland of Red Bay; two sisters, Brenda Reed and husband Mitch of Fulton and Barbara Willis and husband Mark of Booneville; two brothers, Jimmy Harris and wife Bridget of Marietta and Stevie Harris of Booneville; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Dale Hacker; and a sister, Janet Westman-Burby.

Pallbearers will be Alan Walters, Daniel Humphries, Cody Watson, Jonathan Humphres, Steven Watson and Tim Thorn. Honorary pallbearer will be Jimmy Harris.

Visitation was May 1 from 6-9 p.m. and from 8 a.m. until service time Monday at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
