Mr. and Mrs. Randy H. Hargett of Belgreen, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelli Paige, to Mr. Robert Craig Higgins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Higgins of Wake Forest, N.C.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Virginia Mitchell McCalmon, and husband Gene; the late Mr. Benjamin R. Mitchell; and the late Mr. and Mrs. James A. Hargett, all of Belgreen.

Miss Hargett is a 2005 graduate of Belgreen High School and a 2008 graduate of The University of Alabama where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. She is employed as a Senior Financial Analyst in Treasury Services at Alabama Power Company, Birmingham.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen P. Sedlak of Little River, SC; Mrs. Alice V. Higgins and the late Mr. Edward A. Higgins of Nokomis, Fla.

Mr. Higgins is a 2004 graduate of William G. Enloe High School and a 2008 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with High Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He is employed as a Senior Engineer in Retail Generation Development at Southern Company, Birmingham.

The wedding will take place at five o’clock in the evening on March 7, 2015, at Southside Baptist Church, Birmingham. Invitations will be sent.
