Bernice Deloise Wells, 74, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Helen Keller Hospital.

Funeral services were Friday, June 28, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. James McCullar officiating.  Burial was in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Ann Wells Entrekin and husband, Donald; son, Trent Wells and wife, Kristie; grandchildren, Alissa Moore and husband, Matt, Blake Entrekin and wife, Brooke, Alex Wells, Hayden Wells, Logan Wells; step-grandchildren, Adam, Ashley and Amberley Brown; great-grandchildren, Jacey Moore, Jemma Moore, Brayden Entrekin, soon-to-arrive Baby Bella Entrekin; brother, Buice Swinney and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Ernest and Ollie Swinney; three brothers; four sisters; and the father of her children, Jimmy Wells.
