Linda Lou Weaver, 62, of Spruce Pine, Ala., died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at her residence.
Mrs. Weaver was a native of Lawrence County and had lived most of her life in Alabama.  She was a homemaker and attended the Russellville Church of God.
Funeral services were Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at Russellville Church of God.  Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, assisted the family.   
She is survived by brother, Gilbert Borden, of Russellville; sisters, Neely Stanfield, Lela Taylor, both of Michigan, Freida Hopper, Shirley Blankinship, both of Florida, Ruby Darty, of Hartford, Ala., and Brenda Vandiver, of Spruce Pine, Ala.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Gene Weaver; parents, Rufus and Mary Borden; brothers, Elton Borden, Curtis Borden, E.L. Borden, Lawrence Borden, Carl Borden; sisters, Sue Borden,  Esie Stanfield, Lillian Blankinship, Louise Quillen.
