Bobby Ray Hill, 69, of Houston, Ala. passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton, Ala. He was born in Franklin County, Ala. to Melford and Earlene Wilkerson Hill. He was self employed in the trucking business.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at New Home Baptist Church in the Moreland Community with Rex Riddle officiating. Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery. Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville assisted the family.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ruth Hill; children, Vicki Steward, Ricky Hill, Darla York, Dalina Hunter; brothers, Hershel Hill, Thurston Hill and Thurman Dolan; sisters, Shirley Ann Smith and Glenda Jo Dodd; grandchildren, Brandi, Stetton, Haley, Hunter, Colby and Caden; great-grandchildren, Bailey and Logan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melford and Earlene Hill.
