Greg Parrish, 54, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Russellville Hospital. He was born June 28, 1956 in Spokane, Wash. to Gillie and Ernestine Parrish. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Funeral services were held July 13, 2010 at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Keith Barnett officiating. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery in Atwood, Ala.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; two sons, Zachary Parrish, of Russellville, and Michael Timms, of Florence, Ala.; his parents, Gillie and Ernestine Parrish, of Red Bay; two sisters, Sandra Parrish, of Red Bay, and Beth Pharr, of Hodges; one brother, David Parrish and wife, Rita, of Vina; and two grandchildren, Skylar Timms and Evan Timms.
Pallbearers were Jonathan Pharr, Chase Pharr and T.J. Rogers.
