Margaret Rose Burgett, 65, of Killen, died Monday, June 28, 2010, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 4, 1944, in Vina to James V. and Hester Lee Nichols Mitchell, who preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Deaton Funeral Home in Red Bay with Jeff Horton officiating. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery in Atwood.
She is survived by her husband, Allen Burgett of Killen; two sons, Jon Burgett and Josh Burgett, both of Winthrop Harbor, Ill.; two brothers, Allan Nichols and wife, Becky, of Red Bay, and Cecil Nichols and wife, Jan, of Kenosha, Wis.; two sisters, Helen Taylor and husband, Bill, of Florence, and Jimmie Meadows and husband, Charles, of Saldo, Texas.
