FCT new website goes live

The Franklin County Times will launch a new website Thursday that should allow readers to enjoy a more easily accessible site.

The new www.fct.wpengine.com will go live at noon Thursday.

“The new and improved site will allow us to update our news and sports content much more frequently,” FCT publisher Jonathan Willis said.

The site will feature pages designed specifically for each community in the county as well as for all the high school sports teams.

The new look will give www.fct.wpengine.com readers an easier to navigate site that will be updated regularly, including community events that affect us all.

“Over the past year, our web readership has grown significantly so now is the time to offer a better product for our readers and advertisers,” Willis said.

“As our readership online continues to increase, it offers many more possibilities for our advertisers to reach this market.”
