Martha A. Kimbrough Mills

Martha A. Kimbrough Mills, 69, Russellville, Ala. passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at her residence with her family by her side.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Akins Funeral Home with Bro. Marty Kimbrough and Bro. Jim Lumpkin officiating. Interment was in Crooked Oak Cemetery.
The pallbearers were John Martin, Tony Allen, Brent Hester, BJ McGaughy, Chris McGaughy and Ryan Allen.
She was preceded in death by husband, C. J. Mills; son, Mike Mills; parents Harvey &Gladys Roberts Kimbrough; grandson, Wesley Cartee.
She is survived by children, Brenda Mills, Terry Ray Mills, Sheila Mills, Harvey "Bo" Mills and wife, Tina Lee, Donna Mills and husband, John Martin; siblings, Linda McGaughy and husband, Cecil, Kenneth Kimbrough and wife, Charlotte; seven grandchildren, Dewayne Cartee, Shane Cartee, Ryan Allen, Brittany Mills, Christy Mills, Summer Mitchell, Sabrina McCafferty; several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Baptist Church. Special thanks to Hospice of North Alabama especially her nurses, Mandy, Joyce and Bobbie.
O'Neal Berry

O'Neal Berry, 57, of Lynn, Ala. passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at his residence. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held June 19, 2009 at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville with Mickey Crane officiating. Burial was in Lynn Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Berry; children, Anthony Berry, Nathan Berry, Kayla Aldridge and husband, John, Ava Tune, Janet Knight and husband, Bobby, Brian Berry and Jason Berry; brother, Joe Berry and wife, Kathy; sister, Dean Dickinson and husband, Tony; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubbert and Dena Berry; children, Matthew Lee and Cody Blake Berry; and sister, Ada Berry.
Abraham Jackson

Abraham Jackson, Jr., 63, of Russellville, Ala. passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services were held June 21, 2009 at Spry Memorial Chapel with officiating will Bro. Michael Flaherty. Interment will be in Grassy Cemetery in Lexington, Ala.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Abraham Jackson, Sr. and Mary Naomi Adams Jackson; two brothers; and infant brother.
He is survived by his brother, Clayton Jackson, of Leachville, Ark.; sisters, Dorothy Payne, Margie Frizer, both of Russellville, Maggie Glenn, of Hillsboro, Ala. and Dessie Tidwell, of Tuscumbia, Ala.; eight children; and a host of nieces and nephews.
