Florence Lorraine Sparks, 75, of Haleyville, passed away on May 23, 2008, at her residence.
She was born in Hanford, Calif., and was a member of Littleville United Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held on May 27, 2008, with Greg Reynolds officiating. Burial was in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Sparks; son, Bill Seniff and wife, Shena; son, Jim Seniff and wife, Sheila; daughter, Kathy Davlantis and husband, Michael; daughter, Joanie Henry and husband, Bill; son, John Seniff; 26 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Robert Hester

William Robert Hester, 64, of Vina, passed over Jordan on May 25, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 11, 1944, in Vina to Travis William "Diddle" and Mary Lou Miller Hester. He was an employee of Sunshine Mills for 32 years and a member of Holly Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held on May 27 at Deaton Funeral Home with Bro. Clint Holcombe and Alton Hester officiating. He was buried in Old Burleson Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Hester; one son, Marty Hester; stepson, Joseph Baldwin; stepdaughter, Rebecca Baldwin; two brothers, David Hester (Carolyn) and Gene Hester (Evelyn); two sisters, Barbara Weaver (Thomas) and June Creekmore (Duane); two grandsons, Alex and Aaron Hester; three nephews, Chris Hester, Nash Creekmore and Rodney Hester; two nieces, Rita McDoungh and Tricia Swindle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Billy Hester, one nephew, Wayne Weaver, and one niece, Casandra Hester.
Pallbearers will be Gene Hester, David Hester, Chris Hester, Alex Hester, Aaron Hester and Marty Hester.
Robert Ledbetter, Jr.

Robert H. "Junior" Ledbetter Jr., 86, of Red Bay, passed away May 23, 2008.
He was born Dec. 22, 1921, in Franklin County to Robert Hilton Ledbetter, Sr., and Hettie Duncan Ledbetter. He was a self-employed electrician and plumber for 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Golden Ledbetter and Rev. Hollis Ledbetter, and two sisters, Earnestine Self and Vaudine Ledbetter.
He was a member of Old Burleson Missionary Baptist Church and the American Legion. He was a deacon and Sunday school teacher for 50 years.
After graduating from Vina High School, he completed aircraft maintenance training at Anderson Airplane School in Nashville, Tenn. He was then employed by the Glen L. Martin Co. in Baltimore, Md., as an aircraft craftsman.
