Faye O. Brown, 77, of Red Bay, died Monday, March 10, 2008, at Care Center of Red Bay.
She was born on March 28, 1930, in Red Bay to Owen D. and Levada Inman Mason. She was an employee of Blue Bell and a member of Bethel Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral was held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Deaton Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Reese officiating. She was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Hollis Brown, of Red Bay; two children, Linda Palmer (Rusty), of Grand Bay, and Steven Brown (Teresa), of Red Bay; one sister, Jackie Thrasher (Omer), of Red Bay; five grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.

John Robert Daniel, 86, of Red Bay, died on Monday, March 10, 2008, at Life Care Center of Athens in Athens, Tenn.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1921, in Red Bay to Dewey H. and Pauline Nelson Daniel. He was a security guard with Reynolds Metal Co. for 38 years.
Mr. Daniel was a member of First United Methodist Church of Red Bay and a charter member of Redmont Country Club. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Joyce Daniel; a brother, Gurnee Daniel; a sister, Christine Gargis; a nephew, David Daniel and his parents.
The funeral was held on Thursday, March 13, 2008, at Deaton Funeral Home with Bro. Dwayne McDuff officiating. He was buried in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by one daughter, Gayle Jones (Ken), of Athens, Tenn.; two nieces, Jennifer Harbin (John), of Muscle Shoals, and Gennie Paone (Terry), of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one nephew, Jeff Daniel (Maray), of Florence; one sister-in-law, Mary Alice Daniel, of Muscle Shoals.
Pallbearers were Bobby Nelson, Jimmy Patterson, Hal Keeton, Rabon Stockton, Jeff Daniel, John H. Harbin, John D. Harbin and Charles Weatherford.
Honorary pallbearers were Clyne Bates, Jerry Frame, Lester Deaton, Wally Hellums and Oscar Glover.
Rosa Stone

Rosa Lou Arrie Stone, 82, of Russellville, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Zane Roland officiating. Burial was in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Pallbearers were the grandsons.
Ms. Stone is survived by daughters, Jeannie Sue Hagen, of Ft. Worth,Texas, and Peggy Wallace, of Russellville; sons, Charles Johnson, of Decatur, and Joe Johnson, of Russellville; seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and sisters, Bessie Hagen, of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Sarah Conway, of Ft. Worth, Texas.
Ms. Stone was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Johnson; parents, Clyde and Alice Greenhill Staggs; bother, Charles Staggs; and sister, Laura Bell McCullough.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
