Employee Spotlight: Natasha Shackleford

FCT: What is the most adventurous thing about your job?
Shackleford: There is nothing but adventure. You never know what is going to happen, and what you are going to be doing next.
FCT: What is the most challenging part of your job?
Shackleford: Having to see the bad things. Every call we go on, something bad has happened to someone.
FCT: What is the best part of your job?
Shackleford: The satisfaction you get from helping people.
FCT: How does your family feel about your job?
Shackleford: My family and kids are proud of me and what I do. But it is trying at times having two small children and working overnight.
FCT: What are some of your hobbies?
Shackleford: I like to do crafty stuff like painting signs and making stuff for my kids.
FCT: Do you ever bring your stuff to work to work on while you are waiting for a call?
Shackleford: Yes, but it never fails, if I get everything ready to begin working on something, we always get a call.
So, I rarely even bother with bringing it down here.
