T.O. Spears of Phil Campbell died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. David Tidwell and Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Visitation was held Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Akins Funeral Home in Russellville.
He is survived by wife, Jane Spears of Phil Campbell; daughters, Kathryn Phifer and husband, Rickey, of Phil Campbell; Betty Spears of Phil Campbell; Carol Smith and husband, Gregory, of Phil Campbell; sisters Vonnie Pugh and husband, J.P., of Hanceville; sister-in-law, Mable Spears of Russellville; grandchildren, Tracey &Derrell Potter; Whitney Smith and fiance, Todd Carter; and Amanda and Clarence Sealey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, L.R. Spears and Minnie Spears; sister, Florence Flanigan; brothers, Lee Spears, Roy Spears and E.R. (Pete) Spears.
Akins Funeral Home in Russellville assisted the family.
