Diane Hargett, 58, of Tuscumbia, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2007.
Visitation will take place Saturday, July 14, 2007 beginning at noon at Akins Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Franklin Memory Gardens in Russellville. Bro. Jerome Sherrill will be officiating.
She was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and a former resident of Tuscumbia.
She is survived by two sisters, Kaye Scott and husband, Gerald, of Phil Campbell, and Robin Gillilan of Ohio; two nephews, Greg Scott and wife Robin, and Josh Clark; a niece, Amanda Rogers; three great-nieces, Taylor Scott, Haley Scott and Madison Rogers, as well as soon-to-be Arvie Anna Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Arvie Hargett.
Pallbearers will be Greg Scott, Clyde Hargett, Ronnie Hargett, Howard Hargett, David Motes and Wayne Jackson.
She was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church of Spruce Pine.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Sunbridge Nursing Home and Hospice of the Tennessee Valley.
Akins Funeral Home assisted the family.

Marie M. Treadway, 75, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2007.
Visitation will take place today, Friday, July 13, 2007 at 12 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m.
Casey Harrison will officiate the services. Interment will follow in Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Russellville.
She was a native of Hodges, and a former resident of Franklin County.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Treadway of Russellville; daughter, Sandra Bianco and husband Jim, Jr. of Russellville; two sisters, Barbara Herndon and Donna Marquise, both of Hodges; one brother, Jack Lovette and wife Mae of Hodges; three grandchildren, Tara HIll and husband Eric, Tyler Bianco and wife Courtney, and Tiffany Cleveland and husband Tim;and four great-grandchildren, Maisie Bianco, Mackenzie Bianco, Sophie Hill and Stella Hill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Agnes Lovette; and two brothers, Kenneth Lovette and Wayne Lovette.
Pallbearers will include Jim Bianco, Eric Hill, Tyler Bianco, Tim Cleveland, Jack Lovette and Brandon McDuffa.
She was a member of Concorde Baptist Church in Ruseellville.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Russellville Hospital and to all of their friends and fami ly for their prayers and thoughts.
