School board welcomes back Moss

At its regular meeting on Thursday, the Franklin County Board of Education welcomed back Franklin County Schools Superinten-dent Bill Moss.
Since November, Moss has been recuperating from a broken leg and heart surgery.
Moss praised Assistant Superintendent Gary Williams and board members for their efforts in recent months.
"I'd like to commend Gary Williams and the board for doing such a fine job," said Moss, who led board members through Thursday's agenda and helmed the work session preceding the April 20 meeting.
