Weddings: Holland, Smith

Holland, Smith exchange vows
Kristie LaShay Holland and Stacy Ray Smith, both of Phil Campbell, were united in marriage on Oct. 9, 2004, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Phil Campbell.
Bro. John McCullar officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of L.C. and Margaret Holland of Phil Campbell. She is the granddaughter of the late Louie and Minnie Bragwell, formerly of Phil Campell and the late H.L. and Lucille Holland, formerly of Vina.
The groom is the son of Bobby Ray and Sue Smith of Phil Campbell. He is the grandson of Starland and Elsie Newell, Eula Smith and the late Woodie Smith, all of Phil Campbell.
Red and white roses and carnations adorned the two spiral candleabras, unity candle and baptistery. The decorations were designed by Joyce Uptain of Russellville Florist.
Wedding music was provided by harpist Annette Harman-Lee and vocalist Sarah Thigpen.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a gown with a lace bodice, embellished with seed pearls and featuring a v-neckline. The short sleeves, empire waistline and skirt were edged with entwined large and small pearls. The satin skirt featured lace and pearl appliqu
