Saturday 2nd Homecoming Reunion for 1960-1966 classes at East Mississippi Community College. James Smith wants to talk to the group about a memorial to honor the memory of deceased students and faculty. Members of the reunion will attend the general alumni meeting, the luncheon and the football game with all alumni and friends of the college. The reunion will be at 4 p.m. in Stennis Hall, Room 109. Saturday Damascus Day Reunion will be at the Damascus Community Center on Highway 495 in Kemper County beginning at 11 a.m. Former students, friends and neighbors are invited to bring a covered dish and enjoy fellowship. For more information, contact Jeanette Hagan at 743-5320.
Saturday The J.W. Knight family of Scooba will hold their second annual family reunion beginning at 10 a.m. at the Land-O-Lakes Lodge in Brooksville. Family and friends are invited to attend. Barbecue chicken will be provided and each family attending is asked to bring a potluck dish which will be served at noon. A donation will be taken to pay for the expenses involved.
