Red Bay will host its largest celebration of the year Saturday, and it won't just be for another Tiger victory on Friday night.
The city's annual FoundersFest will be held once again this year at Bay Tree Park beginning at 9 a.m.
This year's event looks to be one of the largest ever. There have already been 60 spaces reserved for local clubs, churches, vendors and crafters.
However, the wide variety of booths will not be the only attraction for visitors to the festival.
A car, truck and motorcycle show will begin at 8 a.m. and lasts until noon. Registration for the show will be held in front of city hall.
The first 100 to register an entry will receive a dash plaque. The fees for entering are $15 for the first vehicle and $10 for each additional entry.
There will be several awards given out, including the winner for Best of Show, production and Best of Show, modified. There will also be a trophy awarded for Best Club Participation. Awards for the car show will be given out at 3:30 p.m.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the day, concluding with a performance by an Elvis impersonator.
If walking by the booths and down Main Street doesn't offer a glimpse of Red Bay that you want to see, then you can also get an aerial view. Airplane rides will be available from Belmont Airport from 9 a.m. to dusk. Donations for the flights will be accepted.
There will be no shortage of activities for children either. Included in the kids' games will be a 20 feet slide moon walk. An ice cream truck will also be providing cool treats at the park.
One of the events in conjunction with the festival will be key to the success of a local organization. The third annual Quinn's Ranch walk-a-thon will be held at the park from 10 a.m. until the last walker finishes.
The two to three mile walk raised over $20,000 last year for the ranch, which benefits abused, neglected, abandoned and orphaned boys. The ranch is now home to several boys and looks to have several more in the near future.
