Ettie Faye Odom, age 64, Marilyn Turner Presley, age 60, Mavis M. Ridings, age 82

Ettie Faye Odom, age 64, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at Russellville Hospital.
Mrs. Odom was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a member of the Eastside Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman C. Odom.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2004, at Pinkard Funeral Home chapel in Russellville with Johnny Richardson officiating. Interment was in Spruce Pine Cemetery.
Mrs. Odom is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Adler of Russellville; two grandchildren, Megan and Jordan; a brother, Tommy Sanders of Russellville; four sisters, Dorothy Allen of Rome, Georgia, Jane Chamblee of Hodges, Mattie Scott of Trinity, and Juanita Jackson of Russellville; and several nieces and nephews.
Pinkard Funeral Home assisted the family.
Marilyn Turner Presley, age 60, of Russellville, passed away Monday, October 11, 2004.
Ms. Presley was a member of Spruce Pine Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Turner and Gertrude Pounders Turner; a brother, Jimmy Turner; and a granddaughter, Jenna Presley.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2004, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jim Poss and Bro. Jim Abston officiating. Interment was in Graham Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Kelly Cornelius, Wayne West, Dale Pounders, Jacob Presley, Jeremy Presley, and John Jackson.
Ms. Presley is survived by three sons, Rickey Presley and wife Denise, of Russellville, Jeff Presley of Russellville, and Ernest Presley and wife Rhonda, of Spruce Pine; a sister, Carolyn Pounders of Russellville; four grandchildren, Kayla, Ashley, Kelley, and Heather; and several nieces and nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
Mavis M. Ridings, age 82, of Zion, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2004.
Mrs. Ridings was formerly of Hamilton and was a member of Kemp Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmie D. Wilson; another husband, James C. Ridings; two daughters, Bobbie Wilson and Jane Matson; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Conwill; and two brothers, Rex Conwill and Morgan Conwill.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2004, at Providence Church in Itawamba County, Mississippi, with Rev. Brian Price and Rev. Bill Osborn officiating. Interment will be in Providence Cemetery.
Mrs. Ridings is survived by a daughter, Betty Swindle and husband Gene, of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois; a sister, Peggy White of Red Bay; six grandchildren, Keith Swindle and wife Debbie, Kenny Swindle and wife Dawn, Kevin Swindle and wife Roxanne, Jolene Matson and Rachel Freeman, all of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, and Jeramie Matson and wife Amber, of Marion, North Carolina; six great-grandchildren, Brandon Swindle, Nathan Swindle, Tyler Swindle, Troy Swindle, Chevenne Matson and Chapel Matson; other relatives, Rex Allen Conwill, Barbara Wilson (Marion) and son Adam, all of Alabama, Jim Conwill of California, and Becky Huckaba and husband Joe, of Oregon; and many other relatives and friends.
Spry Chapel assisted the family.
