Pet adoption set for today at the mall

The Lauderdale County Humane Society plans for another pet adoption day today at Bonita Lakes Mall.
Volunteers expect to have as many as 20 puppies and kittens available for adoption, many of which have already been spayed or neutered.
Lee encourages anyone who might be interested in having a pet to come to the mall and help the Humane Society. She warns, however, that no one should make a rushed decision about adopting a pet.
Lee stressed that unwanted pets are not to be dropped off at the mall.
