Burnside, Boswell

Ashley Michelle Boswell of Meridian and Jason Daniel Burnside of Collinsville were married Saturday, April 17, 2004, at Russell Baptist Church with the Rev. Clay Chancelor officiating.
Parents of the couple are Randy and Rita Lindsey of Meridian, Sid Boswell of Porterville and Dan and Pat Burnside of Collinsville.
Grandparents of the bride are Willard and Ila Mann of Meridian, Joe and Betty Jean Lindsey of Alabama, and Horace and Debbie Boswell of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Frank and Jean Porter of Meridian and the late Norris and Lois Burnside of Meridian.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Kathy Dopke, pianist; and Clement White, vocalist.
The bride was given in marriage by her step-father, Randy Lindsey.
She wore a white strapless A-line gown with beaded piping accents. Her fingertip-length veil was anchored by a flowered tiara.
Brooks Butler of Meridian served as maid of honor and Abigail Cline of Meridian was flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Daniel Boswell of Meridian, brother of the bride, Adam Burnside of Collinsville, brother of the bridegroom, and William Cline of Meridian.
Will Cline Jr. of Meridian served as ring bearer.
Program attendant was Christina Porter of Tyler, Texas, cousin of the bridegroom.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Chef Romeo Cabalbag presented and served food for the reception as his wedding gift to the couple.
After a honeymoon in Gulf Shores, Ala., the couple resides in Collinsville.
