Owen, Richardson

Cat Richardson and Dave Owen, both of Meridian, were married Monday, April 26, 2004, at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Ala., with the Rev. Bob Sweet officiating.
Parents of the couple are Jack and Beverly Green of Bokeelia, Fla., Leslie W. Owen of Meridian, and Barbara and Charles Caperton of Houston, Texas.
Grandparents of the bride are the late C.W. and Catherine Cone of Plant City, Fla., and the late Glen and Doris Knight of Plant City.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Ree Owen Harrington and the late David H. Owen, and the late Edward and Mildred Semmes.
The bride was given in marriage by her son, Brice C. Richardson and her daughter, Camille C. Richardson.
The bride wore an original designer gown.
A reception was held in the Grand Dining Room at The Grand Hotel of Point Clear following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple resides in Meridian.
A party honoring the couple was given on May 1 and hosted by friends at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Scott Anderson.
