Barnett, Wright

Jo Barnett of Boldo announces the engagement of her daughter, Samantha Nicole, to Joseph Lee Wright Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lee Wright of Geiger, Ala. Miss Barnett is also the daughter of the late Phillip Wayne Barnett.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 19, 2004, at 6 p.m. at Jasper First Baptist Church.
Miss Barnett is the granddaughter of Ruth Barnett and the late William Barnett, Martha Shubert and the late Bud Shubert, Madge Wallace and the late Raymond "Punk" Wallace, all of Boldo.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in secondary education.
Mr. Wright is the grandson of Mary Elizabeth James of Butler, Ala., and the late Tony James, and Mr. and Mrs. Grover Wright of York, Ala.
The bridegroom-elect is a 2001 graduate of East Central Community College. He is employed with Hotel and Restaurant Supply of Meridian.
Formal invitations are being sent.
