Mary Clark of Quitman and Brandall Clark announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Clark of Chicago, to David Demetrius Wilson of Meridian, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willie D. Wilson of Meridian.
The wedding will be Saturday, April 10, 2004, at the Concord Fortress of Hope Church in Kansas City, Mo.
The bride-elect is an honor graduate of Quitman High School and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Jackson State University. She received her master's degree with an emphasis in finance from Webster State University in Kansas City.
She is employed as an international accountant for AMC Theaters Corporate Headquarters in Kansas City.
Mr. Wilson is the grandson of Vonzie R. Odom of Moss Point and the late Willie G. and Irene J. Wilson of DeKalb.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School. He received a bachelor's from Tougaloo College and a master's degree in biochemistry from Mississippi State University.
He is employed as a lab technician at IBT Reference Lab in Lenexa, Kan.
