    Elliott and Audrey Ryals of Brandon announce the birth of a daughter, Delanie Carol, on Sept. 26, 2003, at River Oaks Hospital in Jackson.
    Paternal grandparents are Erroll and Nancey Ryals.
    Maternal grandparents are Brad and Pam Gomillion of Brandon.
    LaQuonda and Emzie Simpson announce the birth of a son, Quonderius E'Shawn, on Oct. 2, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
    Paternal grandparent is Catherine Simpson.
    Maternal grandparents are Maudine Tooles and Michael Horn.
