Mississippi Manufacturers Association backs Coleman

The Mississippi Manufacturers Association Political Action Committee is backing Willie Joe. Coleman Jr. of Louisville in the race for District 32 of the Mississippi Senate.
The MMA represents 2,200 manufacturers and associated businesses. District 32 includes Kemper County and parts of Lauderdale, Noxubee and Winston counties.
Coleman faces John White of Philadelphia in the Aug. 5 Republican primary. The winner will face incumbent Democrat Sampson Jackson II of DeKalb, who has held the office since 1991.
