QUITMAN Services for Nellie Lorene Johnson will be held today at Wright's Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Archusa Memorial Cemetery in Quitman.
Mrs. Johnson, 87, of Clarke County, died Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at her home in Shubuta.
Survivors include her two brothers, Robert J. Hatley Jr. of Kosciusko; and Alfred "Buddy" Hatley of Pelahatchie; a son, Bill J. Cranford and his wife, Joan, of Hammond, La.; a daughter, Jimmie D. McCoy and her husband, Shem, of Shubuta; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie B. Johnson, her parents, Robert and Flora M. Hatley, six sisters and three brothers.
Pallbearers will be Gene Fairchild, Greg Fairchild, Alex Fairchild, Don Chisolm, Travis Chisolm and Richard Booker.
Housewife
YORK, Ala. Memorial services for Julia McGahey Moore will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Livingston Church of Christ with the Rev. Jack White officiating. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moore, 91, of York, died Wednesday, July 9, 2003 in Tuscaloosa.
Survivors include her son, Patrick W. McGahey of Livingston; a daughter, Jill McGahey Tuminello of Elkton, Mo.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to Children Awaiting Parents at 595 Blossom Road, Suite 306, Rochester, NY, 14610.
Lockheed Martin employee
Services for the Rev. Charlie John "C.J." Miller will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at North Park Church. Enterprise Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Rev. Miller, 58, of Meridian, died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at Lockheed Martin.
Survivors include his wife, Jinnell Fox Miller, his son, Jeffrey Charles Miller, both of Meridian; three daughters, Senora Lynn Miller of Oxford; and Shanta Monyette Miller and Stacey Yvonne Miller, both of Meridian; two brothers, Lafayette Miller and his wife, Myrtes, of Atlanta; and the Rev. W. Albert Miller and his wife Dorothy, of Atlanta; and two sisters, Carolyn Miller and Katherine Miller, both of Statesboro, Ga..
He was preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. Rufus and Sadie J. Miller.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at First Tabernacle Church of God at 184 Sunshine Road in Daleville.
Services for Gloria Hubbard will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Berry &Gardner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hubbard, 44, of Meridian, died Monday, July 7, 2003, at her home.
Survivors include her two sons, Andrew Hubbard of Meridian; DeAdrian Hubbard of Houston, Texas; a sister, Gracie McGlothin of Meridian; a brother, Matthew of St. Louis; three step-brothers, Kenneth Brown, Willie Brown and Michael Jenkins, all of Meridian; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Hubbard, and her mother, Helen Hubbard.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

SEBASTOPOL Services for Emma Farmer will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Union with the Rev. George Dixon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Farmer, 45, of Carthage, died Thursday, July 10, 2003, at her home in Carthage.
Survivors include her husband, Wendell Farmer of Philadelphia, and two daughters, Vera Steve and Lillie Rue Steve, all of Philadelphia; her son, Irvin James Jefferson of Carthage; four sisters, Susie Sockey, Melissa Solomon, Valarie Anderson and Judy Isom, all of Conehatta; three brothers, Hubert Jefferson and Leroy Jefferson, both of Philadelphia; and Mark Jefferson of Conehatta; and several nieces and nephews.
QUITMAN Services for Sheldon Jerome Davis will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Center Ridge Baptist Church in Shubuta with the Rev. Lorenzo Carter officiating. Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery with Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Davis, 31, of Dallas, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003, in Dallas.
Survivors include his father, Joe Allen Davis, his mother, Viola Wallace Davis and a sister, Kimberly Davis, all of Shubuta; a grandmother, a nephew and several uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home in Quitman.

Services for Samuel E. Cockrell Jr. will be held Monday at noon at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Zachary Operton officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Latimer Metropolitan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cockrell, 46, of Meridian, died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, in Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Cockrell of Meridian; sons, Anthony Holliday and Justin Holliday, both of Meridian; his mother, Annie Cockrell of Meridian and his brother, the Rev. Christopher Cockrell, of Slidell, La.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the church.
