QUITMAN Services for Frances Beatrice Duvall will be held at today at 11 a.m. at Hiwanee Baptist Church with the Revs. Dennis Duvall and Donald Campbell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Duvall, 73, of Shubuta, died Sunday, April 27, 2003, in her home.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Brant of Shubuta; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service at the church.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Richard Sisson will be held today at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Lonoia Burks officiating. Burial will be in Mars Hill Cemetery with Masonic Rites in Winston County.
Mr. Sisson, 65, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, April 27, 2003, at Goose Lake in Issaquena County. He was the owner of Richard Sisson Trucking Company in Philadelphia. He was born and raised in the Mars Hill Community in Winston County and made his home in Philadelphia for the past 33 years.
He was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and belonged to the Noxapater Masonic Lodge No. 536. He was a member of the Neshoba County Shriners Club and the Hamasa Temple Shrine in Meridian. He was a military veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Sisson of Philadelphia; sons, Kim Sisson of Atlanta, Tim Sisson of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Jim Sisson and his wife, Maria, of Philadelphia; a granddaughter, Adrienne Sisson of Philadelphia; a grandson, John Forrest Sisson of Philadelphia; and sisters, Hazel Willis and Nell Todd, both of Philadelphia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Willie Fate Sisson.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Dickerson, Kenneth Wells, Brian McNeely, Terry Jordan, James Ivy, Shane Allen, Mark Fulton and Joe Beckham.

Graveside services for Ray Donald will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Sam Hull officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Donald, 81, of Meridian, died Monday, April 28, 2003, in his home. He was a retired taxi driver and member of East End United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ophelia Donald of Meridian; daughters, Elisabeth Ann Donald of Ellisville and Delores Foster of Port Royal, S.C.; a son, Stephen Donald of Monroeville, Ala.; a sister, Ester Chislom of Meridian; brothers, Russell Donald of Alabama and Johnny Donald of Louisiana; one granddaughter, three grandsons, and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

YORK, Ala. Services for Josephine Fort Ormond will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bethel Presbyterian Church in Sumterville, Ala. Burial will be in Old Sides Cemetery in Sumterville. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ormond, 92, of Pine Bluff, Ark., died Sunday, April 27, 2003, at Trinity Village Medical Center.
Survivors include her sons, Evan Ormond of White Hall, Ark., James Fort Ormond of Dothan, Ala., and Reid Ormond of Carrollton, Ga.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ramsey Ormond.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Jo Young Ford will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in Shepard Cemetery in Kemper County.
Mrs. Ford, 85, of DeKalb, died Monday, April 28, 2003, at Mississippi Care Center of DeKalb.
Survivors include four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Albert Roberts will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Haven Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Timothy Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Roberts, 80, of Meridian, died Saturday, April 26, 2003, in his home.
Survivors include his sisters, Erma Lee Scott of Memphis, Tenn., Minnie L. Nauflett of Fort Washington, Md., and Alice Sloan of Meridian; four brothers, Melvin B. Roberts, Arthur H. Roberts, Bennie J. Roberts and Le Cal Roberts, all of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Visitation will be Wednesday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

UNION Services for Johnny Ladd will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Clear Creek Baptist Church in Taylorsville with the Revs. James Fortenberry and Huston Atkins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Milling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ladd, 74, of Taylorsville, died Monday, April 28, 2003, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Ruth Ladd of Taylorsville; a daughter, Bonita Brown and her husband, Adron, of Taylorsville; a son, Keith Ladd and his wife, Sherry, of Soso; sisters, Claudine Ogletree and Ann Duett, both of Brandon; a brother, James Ladd of Carthage; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home and Wednesday 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the church in Taylorsville.
Retired U.S. Navy commander
BATON ROUGE, La. Private memorial services for Gerald Morris Belisle were held Monday, April 21 in Baton Rouge, with Rabbi Barry L. Weinstein officiating. His body was donated to Louisiana State University Medical Center. Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Belisle, 67, of Baton Rouge, died Saturday, April 19, 2003 at Our Lady of Lake Regional Medical Center. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a decorated carrier pilot. He retired from the U.S. Navy on Aug. 1, 1977.
He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with Seven Strike/Flight Awards, Navy Commendation Medal with Combat "V," Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medal (Cuba), Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces Medal First Class, Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces Meritorious Unit Citation (Gallantry Cross), Vietnam Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
He received a bachelor's of science degree from Louisiana State University and was a member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. His second career was as a financial planner. He also served on various synagogue boards of directors, taught Sunday School and was an officer of local chapters of B'Nai B'Rith. He also was a member of the Sertoma Club, the Rotary Club and Disabled American Veterans. He loved his family very much and will be missed by all.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi Roby Belisle of Baton Rouge; daughters, Cynthia Belisle of Dallas; and a son, Bruce Rue Belisle and his wife, Carol, of Hilton Head Island, S.C.

Arrangements were incomplete at E.E. McDonald Funeral Home for Jimmy Ray Cole, 56, of Meridian, died Monday, April 28, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
