PHILADELPHIA Services for Chester Clark will be held today at 11 a.m. at Neshoba Baptist Church with the Revs. Johnny Collins and Dr. Mike Smith officiating. Burial will be in Neshoba Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clark, 67, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, in his home.
He was a retired teacher and instructor since 1969 until his retirement from East Central Community College. He also served as assistant director of the Vocational/Technical Department. He was a native and longtime resident of the Golden Grove Community of Neshoba County and was a member, a deacon and longtime Sunday school teacher at Neshoba Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army. He was founder of the Linwood High School homecoming and served on the executive committee and administrative committee of the Neshoba Baptist Association.
Survivors include his wife, Louise "Lou" Clark of Philadelphia; a daughter, Lori Williams and her husband, Tommy, of Philadelphia; a son, Barry Clark and his wife, Melissa, of Philadelphia; three grandchildren, Garrett, M.E. and Peyton Clark of Philadelphia; brothers, Thomas Clark of Pearl and Roger Clark of Clinton.
Memorials may be made to Neshoba Baptist Church Building Fund, the American Cancer Society or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
Planer Mill supervisor
MACON Services for Rodney Gill will be held today at 2 p.m. at Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Don Sampley and Del Blackmon officiating. Burial will be in Pinetucky Cemetery in Shuqualak.
Mr. Gill, 64, of Shuqalak, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Gill of Shuqualak; a step-daughter, Cynthia Symbalisty of White House, Texas; a step-son, Tim Reeder of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a sister, Bertha Pittman of Kentwood,La. and a brother, Fred Gill of Millington, Tenn.
Memorials may be made to Shuqualak United Methodist Church or Pinetucky Cemetery Fund.
Services for James Crawford Woods Jr. will be held today at 3 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy Garrett officiating. Burial will be in Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Woods, 31, of Toomsuba, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include his father, James C. Woods Sr.; his mother, Patricia M. Rutledge; a brother, Hugh S. Woods; a sister, Goldie Woods Dickie; a very special aunt, Grace Boles; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Mary T. Moulds will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery on Valley Road.
Mrs. Moulds, of Meridian, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, at Riley Hospital. She was retired from Burnley Shirt Factory and was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and she was a mother and grandmother and was loved by all.
Survivors include her son, Ivan "Tinker" Moulds; a daughter, Yvonne Thornhill and her husband, Jerald; five grandchildren, Tina Estes, Ivan "Bobo" Moulds II, Gary Thornhill and his wife, Ouida, and Pat Thornhill, all of Meridian and John Thornhill and his wife, Debbie, of Texas; ten great-grandchildren, Wayne Murphy, Jared Cooley, Ashley Thornhill and Kristen Thornhill, Josh Moulds, Danielle Moulds and Zach Moulds, all of Meridian, Jessica Thornhill, Crystal Thornhill and Victor Thornhill, all of Texas; and her close friends, Jarvis and Lisa Parker.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Novin Ezell.
Pallbearers will be Ivan Moulds, Gary Thornhill, Wayne Murphy, Jared Cooley, Josh Moulds, Terry Sowell and Toni Martinez.
Visitation will be Friday 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.

Services for Betty Shannon Vance will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Silas B. Harrington Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Reid Whittington officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Haven Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Vance, 73, of Meridian, died Monday, March 31, 2003, at Reginal P. White Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas C. "Sonny" Vance of Meridian; sons, Maxwell Pagan and Floyd Milton Pagan, both of Toomsuba; two granddaughters, Stephanie Ann Pagan and Shannon Marie Pagan.
Visitation will be Friday 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
