Douglas and Barbara Fulgham announce the birth of a daughter, DKaila Nymir, on March 18, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are Naomi and Jesse Fulgham.
Maternal grandparents are Earnestine and Joe Lake.
Mrs. Fulgham is the former Barbara J. Watkins.
Vicky and Jay Kerr of Brandon announce the birth of a son, Ethan James, on Jan. 31, 2003, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.
Paternal grandparents are Paula and David Kerr.
Maternal grandparent is Royce Nixon.
Brad and Ginna Freeman of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Austin Wayne, on March 12, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Carol Freeman.
Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Rita Johnston.
Mrs. Freeman is the former Ginna Johnston.

Mrs. Farmer is the former Elizabeth Mingo.

Maternal grandparents are Elaine Cole and James Henderson, both of Meridian.
